Rural Relief

"As an Indian people, our heart is our Tribal community. But today's rural communities are hard hit areas with no relief in sight. It is not the same community we once knew. We can no longer afford to base our Tribal Government's actions on boundaries that isolate Tribal people from people who live here and are suffering. Walls have to come down. Partnerships must be created. Problems must be solved together."
